returns process by post
We want you to love your purchase from Hijabbella as much as we do. If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 7 days of receipt.
Follow these steps to return your online purchase:
1. If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund for your Hijabbella items, please email email@example.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to receive a refund for in addition to your reason so that your return can be authorised. A returns address will be provided to you after your return has been authorised
Once we have received your returned items a refund will be processed onto the card used for payment within 14 days.
Please note that it can take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
2. Please remember to ask the post office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The post office will provide you with a parcel tracking reference. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
If you experience any difficulties with the online returns process please contact us through our contact page. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
refunds on postage and packaging
If we have sent a product in error or it is faulty, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the postage and packaging charges you have paid to receive and return that product, unless it was sent to you with other products which you are not returning. In all other cases, postage costs to receive and return the item(s) will be at the expense of the buyer.
refunds on gift cards
We cannot provide refunds on gift cards.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, the above procedures should be followed. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
